Female hip cloth made from barkcloth (tapa), produced by the Dayak people of Kotawaringin, South Borneo (Kalimantan), Indonesia. This piece dates to around 1920.

The textile is handmade from natural bark fibers. It is decorated with floral and guirlande motifs.
